In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Egyptian Official Statistics and the 50th anniversary ofthe foundation of CAPMAS, the Economic Research Forum (ERF) in Cairo invited Dr.Abdulhakeem Eideh to present lectures in the training course on sampling.

Dr. Eideh who is an associate professor of sampling and survey methodology at Mathematics Department-Faculty of Science and Technology at Al-Quds University, in the course with Ramadan Hamed (Cairo University – Egypt), discussed the following topics: sampling frames, quantitative measure of sampling frame errors, probability sampling designs, construction of sampling weights, nonresponse in surveys, and 5 workshops on complex samples using SPSS and EXCELL
