Note:  When you nominate students, please be sure that the students are in their 2nd or 3rd academic year (i.e: students who are in the 1st or 4th academic year are not eligible to apply).

Duration of the exchange:

Students: The exchange will be in the fall semester 2017-2018, starting from mid September 2017 till mid of February 2018.

Staff: the period for 1 week – 7 days, for the teaching mission and two days for travel, in any week during October to November 2017.

Application Deadline and process of selection: 

The deadline is Monday  24th April 2017,  on Wednesday 26th April, there will be an English exam for your nominees to assess their level in English.

Please note that the required level of English by the host university is B2! In addition, the cost of the exam is 150 NIS, and the students should pay this cost.

After that, we at Academic International Office will check the eligibility of all candidates and nominate only 2 students and 1 academic staff & 1 administrative staff and send their related documents to the host university.

Grant:

Each student will receive 275 euro travel grant and 750 individual grant per month. The study is 4 months. The total grant is 4×750 + 275 = 3275 euro per student.

Each staff who is selected for teaching/training mobility will receive 275 euro travel grant and 140 individual grant per day. The teaching/training days must be 7 days (for teaching mobility professor need to accomplish 12 teaching hours). Each staff will receive grant for additional 2 travel days. The total grant is 275 + 9×140 = 1535 euro per participant.
