Al-Quds University has the pleasure to announce about an exchange program with D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Bulgaria.

The number of seats is:

  • 2 seats for Bachelor & Master Level.
  • 1 seat for academic staff.
  • 1 seat for administrative staff.

Note:  When you nominate students, please be sure that the students are in their 2nd or 3rd academic year (i.e: students who are in the 1st or 4th academic year are not eligible to apply).

Staff candidates need to upload:

  • A confirmation of English language skills for non-native English speakers

Duration of the exchange:

Students: The exchange will be in the spring semester 2018/2019, starting from 25/2/2019 to 25/6/2019.

Staff: the period for 1 week – 7 days, for the teaching mission and two days for travel.

Application Deadline and process of selection:  The deadline is Sunday 30th September 2018.

Please note that the required level of English by the host university is B2!

After that, we at Academic International Office will check the eligibility of all candidates and nominate only 2 students and 1 academic staff & 1 administrative staff and send their related documents to the host university.

Grant:

  • Each student will receive 275 euro travel grant and 800 individual grant per month. The study is 4 months. The total grant is 4×800 + 275 = 3475 euro per student.
  • Each staff who is selected for teaching/training mobility will receive 275 euro travel grant and 140 individual grant per day. The teaching/training days must be 7 days (for teaching mobility professor need to accomplish 12 teaching hours). Each staff will receive grant for additional 2 travel days. The total grant is 275 + 9×140 = 1535 euro per participant.

An important point: please note that you have to apply a selection process that is fair, transparent and documented, ensuring equal opportunities to participants eligible for mobility. And all of the meeting minutes and the advertisement should be in English. Then, it will be ready for sending upon request.
