Call for Applications: Student Exchange Program – University of Florence, Italy

Under the Erasmus+ Program – Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026

We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the student exchange program with the University of Florence in Italy under the Erasmus+ Program for the spring semester of the academic year 2025/2026.

Application Deadline: Sunday, 30th September 2025.

Available Opportunity

Undergraduate or Master’s student to study courses offered within one of the joint programs between the two universities, as listed in the following link: https://www.unifi.it/it/esplora-i-corsi-di-laurea

Financial Support

• Travel allowance: €530
• Living allowance: €800 per month 

Eligibility Criteria

1. Cumulative academic rating: Good or above
2. English proficiency: Intermediate or above
3. The student must complete a minimum of one academic semester at Al-Quds University following the exchange period and before graduation.

Required Documents

Interested students must submit the following documents in English to the Office of International Academic Relations:

1. Completed Course Equivalence Form (attached).
2. Official Transcript of Records.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Motivation Letter.
5. Copy of Passport.

Note: Please be aware that, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 2 ECTS credits at the host university are equivalent to 1 credit hour at Al-Quds University. Students should take this into consideration when completing the course equivalency form.
