Presidents of AQU and Al-Ahliyya Amman University sign academic cooperation agreement

On May 8, 2023, the President of Al-Quds University (AQU), Prof. Imad Abu Kishek and the President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Prof. Sari Hamdan signed in Amman a bilateral academic cooperation agreement. The agreement is concerned with raising the efficiency of research centers, establishing joint postgraduate programs, and supporting the exchange of quality systems and digital transformation.

During his visit to Jordan, Prof. Abu Kishek gave a lecture AQU’s strategy as a model for visions and ideas for the development of Arab higher education within the activities of the seventh annual international scientific conference of the Jordanian Association for Educational Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in Jordan, which was held in the presence of Jordanian official and legal figures and international academics.

Twenty-three PhD students of Educational Leadership and Administration at Al-Quds University participated in the three-day conference, during which they presented their researches published in international journals, along with dozens of participating students.

The conference discussed several research and academic papers that addressed many Arab experiences in the field of higher and public education in administration, governance, educational policies, professional ethics, educational effectiveness, leadership and inspiring capabilities, educational accountability, educational supervision, and functional obstacles.
