Staff mobility Program to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) – Spain 

Mobility Semester: Spring 2026

Deadline: 30th September 2025.

Staff members must submit their applications through  online form, which can be accessed here: Erasmus KA171 Project 2024 – Incoming Staff.

The required documentation for staff applications is as follows:

  • Online application form.
  • Passport.
  • Mobility Agreement, accepted by both the home and receiving institutions:
    • Mobility Agreement for Teaching
    • Mobility Agreement for Training
    • Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training Combined
  • For additional funding, candidates with specific inclusion needs must provide an official certifying document.

Students’ mobility Program to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) – Spain

Students interested in participating in the programme and receiving a grant should access the following link: Erasmus KA171 Project 2024 – Third Countries Incoming Students, and complete the online application form between September 15th and November 1st, 2025.

Call for Incoming Students, where you will find all the detailed information related to student mobilities.

The required documentation for student applications is as follows:

  • Passport.
  • Transcript of Records, including your average grade out of 10 or 100 (if possible).
  • Nomination certificate from your home university.
  • Current certificate of enrollment at your home university.
  • Learning Agreement Erasmus+ KA171 Students.
  • Language level certificate, according to the language of instruction of the chosen subjects.
  • For additional funding, candidates with fewer opportunities or specific inclusion needs must provide an official certifying document.
