The Department of Anatomy and Embryology is one of the genuine departments of the faculty of medicine at Al-Quds University (founded in1994). Our aim is the superiority in teaching and research, within a welcoming and supportive work environment for both students and staff.
Anatomy and Embryology
The Mission of the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology is to carry out basic research of recognized excellence, and evidence-based teaching in physiology and pharmacology for medical students, expanding on our track record of innovation and excellence in both research and teaching.
To realize this mission, the program seeks to develop innovative teaching methods to improve and simplify anatomy and embryology education and to create courses to meet the educational needs of students through the understanding of the basic anatomical structure of the human body and its clinical application to prepare students for the following clinical years of their study.
