Academic Standards

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain graduation project guidelines
    • Develop and update policies for topic selection, project design, implementation, and submission.
    • Define timelines, deliverables, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency across projects.
  2. Oversee the graduation project process
    • Assign appropriate supervisors/mentors to student groups.
    • Monitor progress against milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.
    • Provide actionable feedback and convene meetings with research groups when needed.
  3. Review and approve project proposals
    • Assess proposals for relevance, feasibility, and originality.
    • Ensure alignment with departmental objectives, research ethics, and institutional priorities.
  4. Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
