Mr Najjar holds a PhD in Translation from Herriot Watt University (2006) and a DPSI in Scottish Law (2004). Dr. Najjar has joined the Department of English Language and Literature / Faculty of Arts in 1986. He teaches Translation and interpreting courses at the MA level and Translation and English Language courses at the BA level. He has research interests in the developing methods in interpreter training.
Dr Najjar is the Chairman of the Department of English Language and Literature and Coordinator of the MA Program in Translation and Interpreting.
