The Serb band was offered an award of appreciation by Al-Quds university for its participation in the first international Palestine festival for cultural exchange which was held in Abu Dies campus, Dr. Hana Abed Al-Noor, vice president for academic affairs, presented a word of merit for all members of the band for their excellent performances and as expression of friendship , he appreciated their efforts. The festival was held in the main campus on 9 &10th of this month, April 2016.
From their side, the Serb delegation thanked Al-Quds University its staff, and the festival organizers for the good reception and welcome. They announced their desire to receive students from the university to communicate and be familiar with the Serb culture in order to strengthen the Palestinian Serbian relations.
