Under the Erasmus+ Program – Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026
We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the student exchange program with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany under the Erasmus+ Program for the spring semester of the academic year 2025/2026.
Application Deadline: Monday, 27th October 2025.

Financial Support
- Travel allowance: €530
- Living allowance: €850 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Cumulative academic rating: Good or above
- English proficiency: Intermediate or above
- The student must complete a minimum of one academic semester at Al-Quds University following the exchange period and before graduation.
Required Documents
Interested students must submit the following documents in English to the Office of International Academic Relations:
- Completed Course Equivalence Form (attached).
- Official Transcript of Records.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Motivation Letter.
- Copy of Passport.
Note: Please be aware that, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 2 ECTS credits at the host university are equivalent to 1 credit hour at Al-Quds University. Students should take this into consideration when completing the course equivalency form.
