Alaa Thawabeteh is a teacher in medical imaging at the College of Health Professions. I joined the college in 2009, and before that I worked for 10 years in the field of medical imaging on various devices such as computed tomography, mammography, dental imaging and routine radiography, and I also worked as a research and teaching assistant and clinical training supervisor in the department. She completed her master’s degree in Environmental Studies/Radiation Protection in 2009 and joined the department as a faculty member. She participated in many workshops and conferences, and successfully completed a course of ultra-sonic imaging that was held at the university for a period of 6 months.
