Bachelor of Law

The program of Law degree helps students develop their potentials, and improve their capacitates in analytical, communication and research skills. The program allows students to build their understanding of legal ethics, professional responsibility and the role that law plays in society.

The Faculty of Law at Al-Quds University ranks near the top of all collages and universities in Palestine. The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is a four-year (eight-semester) degree for a full-time student. Unlike some 0ther undergraduate degrees, the Bachelor of Law does not have a major attached to it. Those who earn a Law degree gain a broad background in the law. The LLB is made up of 135 credit hours. It is a combination of compulsory law courses, elective law courses, non-Law courses from another degree programs and one General Education course.

  • Allow our students to develop knowledge in legal studies, providing them with an opportunity to mainly focus on one of the two main fields of law (private laws and Public Laws)
  • Help our students to build their skills and capacities in critical thinking and reasoning.
  • Provide our students with great opportunities to develop their technical skills and project planning for a successful l law career.
  • Encourage our students to improve their skills in foreign languages, which in turn, helps them in legal research and studies.
  • Engage law students with empirical research and law practices through training sessions and internship jobs.
