The Sports Facilities Department was established with the objective of creating a specialized structure that serves university students and students of the Department of Physical Education in particular. In addition, the sports facilities provide services to the local community and the Palestinian sports community, hosting activities, events, matches, and training sessions for local teams.

The department is committed to providing the highest quality services in order to achieve excellence and leadership. It strives to equip university sports facilities with the latest technologies and specifications, with the aim of enhancing their efficiency and quality. In doing so, it prioritizes the safety and well-being of university students and the wider community.

The Sports Facilities Department is responsible for the organization and management of the university’s various sports facilities, ensuring the provision of essential services for the practice of sports activities. It oversees the delivery of these services to authorized beneficiaries, visitors, students, and affiliates, and coordinates with relevant authorities in the development of the annual sports activity plan.

The Sports Facilities Department comprises the following facilities: Al-Quds University Stadium, An Indoor Multi-purpose Sports Hall. A Gymnastics Hall, Additional Outdoor Facilities, Track and Field Facilities and A Squash Court.
