Under the Erasmus+ Program – Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026

We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the student exchange program with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain under the Erasmus+ Program for the spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027.

Application Deadline: Friday, 30th October  2026.

Available Opportunity

Undergraduate students to study courses offered within one of the joint programs between the two universities, as listed in the following link:
Subjects in English – Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona – UAB Barcelona 

Financial Support

• Travel allowance: €580
• Living allowance: €850 per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Cumulative academic rating:  80% or above
2. English proficiency: level of B2 or above
3. The student must complete a minimum of two academic semesters at Al-Quds University following the exchange period and before graduation.

Required Documents

1. Completed Course Equivalence Form. (attached)
2. Official Transcript of Records.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Motivation Letter.
5. Copy of Passport.

Students interested in applying must complete the online application via the portal at mobility.alquds.edu and attach the required documents in English.

Note: Please be aware that, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 2 ECTS credits at the host university are equivalent to 1 credit hour at Al-Quds University. Students should take this into consideration when completing the course equivalency form.
