Under Exchange Programs – spring Semester of the Academic Year 2026/2027

We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the student exchange program with the University of Applied Sciences Worms in Germany for the spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027.

Application Deadline: Monday, 28th September 2026.

Available Opportunity

Undergraduate/master’s students to study courses in the fields of Computer Science, Business Management, Tourism & Travel Management within one of the joint programs between the two universities, as listed in the following link:

Financial aspect: Offer a scholarship of €950 as a one-time payment per student for a semester-long stay.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Cumulative academic rating: 80% or above
2. English proficiency: level of B2 or above
3. German proficiency: level of B2 or above
4. The student must complete a minimum of two academic semesters at Al-Quds University following the exchange period and before graduation.

Required Documents

Interested students must submit the following documents in English to the International Academic Relations Office:

1. Completed Course Equivalence Form (attached).
2. Official Transcript of Records.
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Motivation Letter.
5. Copy of Passport.

Note: Please be aware that, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 2 ECTS credits at the host university are equivalent to 1 credit hour at Al-Quds University. Students should take this into consideration when completing the course equivalency form.
