Nermeen Sayyad is currently a lecturer at Al Quds university, holds MBA in Business Administration form Beirzeit University, 2005, BA in Business Administration from Beirzeit University, 1999. She has more than 17 years of experience and well-honed expertise in management needs analysis and evaluation, assessment of businesses’ core operational procedures.
Reliable leader and mentor, equipped with strong skills in simplifying financial and banking procedures and in maintaining efficiency of cross-functional teams, as well as in ensuring cost-efficient completion of multiple projects.
Nermeen held several positions: Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Business & Economics/ Branch in Jerusalem (2021-2024), Coordinator of Business Administration and Marketing Department- Al-Quds University Biet-Hanina (2016-2017), Head of Business Administration &Marketing Department at Al-Quds university Biet-Hanina (2012-2014), Lending department at Arab bank (2003-2005), Collection and payable checks department at Palestinian commercial Bank (2000-2003). She holds professional certificate in documentary credits from the Arab Bank.
Nermeen published many researches, her main research interests include talent management, risk management, strategic management, human resource management, innovation and their role in influencing companies’ performance
Nermeen taught over the years the following courses: Strategic management, Bank Marketing, Management principles1, Management principles2, Consumer behavior, Marketing principles, Time management, Human resource management, Seminar, Promotional strategies, Scientific research methods, Supply chain management, Business Communication, Marketing Research. She emphasizes the importance of combining theoretical and practical methods aiming to equip students with skills for today’s competitive business world. Her teaching approach focuses on making learning enjoyable and interactive, with strong emphasis on student engagement and collaboration.
