Ashraf Qaraeen graduated from Yarmouk University in Jordan with a B.A. in Law in 1997. He obtained his Palestinian practicing license in 2000. He volunteered at the Community Action Center (CAC) in 2016 and completed a three-month legal training at the CAC in 2018, subsequently obtaining his Israeli practice license in 2019.
Ashraf has worked as a translator for various Israeli courts. Since 2020, he has been a lawyer at the Community Action Center, working within the mobile clinic project, while also maintaining an independent legal practice. In addition to his native Arabic, he is fluent in Hebrew and has knowledge of English. He possesses extensive knowledge of science and social issues.
