A concise guide to the Visitor Track, registration steps, and the requirements for completing admission.
The Visitor Track is a temporary admission pathway used when the final Bagrut results or eligibility confirmation have not yet been issued.
Submit an application to Al-Quds University through the official approved procedures.
Have the school principal complete the marks statement form shown on page (3), based on the marks displayed in the school portal, then sign and stamp it with the official school stamp.

After being accepted into the Visitor Track, complete the standard admission procedures, including submitting the required documents, paying the fees, and signing the required undertakings and declarations.
Students admitted to the Preparatory or Regular Visitor Track at Al-Quds University undertake to provide the University's relevant authorities with a copy of the full Bagrut eligibility certificate (זכאות), in accordance with the applicable requirements, no later than 15/10/2026.
The submitted marks statements will be verified against the official data available through the student portal (פורטל תלמידים) at students.education.gov.il, and the information must match.
If the official marks match the school statement and the requirements of the admitted track are fulfilled, the student will continue in the track normally. The Visitor Track designation will be removed, and the student will become a regular student under the standard track.
If the admission or continuation requirements for the Preparatory or Regular Track are not met, the student's registration will be cancelled retroactively, with no financial or academic rights and no refund of any amounts paid.
Students may not transfer between tracks or programs if the official results are issued after the semester has begun. The student will be transferred to the appropriate program or track after the end of the first semester.
