Under the Bilateral Agreement Program – Spring Semester of the Academic Year 2026/2027
We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the student exchange program with the Blanquerna School of Communication and International Relations-Ramon Llull University in Spain under the Bilateral Agreement Program for the spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027.

Financial Support:
Tuition fee waiver, free accommodation in the university dormitory, three meals a day throughout the week, free shuttle bus service between the dormitory and the campus, and coverage of flight tickets, living expenses, and health insurance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Cumulative academic rating: 80% or above
- English proficiency: level of B2 or above
- The student must complete a minimum of two academic semesters at Al-Quds University following the exchange period and before graduation.
Required Documents:
- Completed Course Equivalence Form. (attached)
- Official Transcript of Records.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Motivation Letter.
- Copy of Passport.
Students interested in applying must complete the online application via the portal at mobility.alquds.edu and attach the required documents in English.
Note: Please be aware that, according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 2 ECTS credits at the host university are equivalent to 1 credit hour(s) at Al-Quds University. Students should take this into consideration when completing the course equivalency form.
