Rawan Dajani joined the Community Action Center in 2016 as Deputy Director. She studied Social Work and Psychology at Bethlehem University and holds two master’s degrees: one in European Studies from Heinrich Heine University in Germany, and another from a program of Intellectual Studies in the Islamic World from the Free University of Berlin. She also earned a Diploma from the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna in 2014.
From 1998 to 2007, Rawan held various positions with local, international, and national institutions, including the Palestinian Red Crescent, CISP, and the Federation of Charitable Societies. Subsequently, she worked as the Protocol Manager for Al-Quds University’s president until 2015. Her expertise spans administration, public relations, project management, social development, and marketing. Rawan is actively involved in social and voluntary work, particularly in caring for orphans and refugees, and serves on the administrative boards of several associations related to women, children, community development, and education.
