Mr. Bayyoud holds MSc in Financial Management with Management from Middlesex University, United Kingdom, BA in Business Administration from Lakehead University, BA in Business Administration-Accounting from St. Lawrence University, and Financial Services Underwriting from Seneca College,  Mr. Bayyoud holds AFA (Accredited Financial Analyst) from USA.
