Associate Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the department of chemistry and chemical technology of Al-Quds University. Educated at Birziet University Palestine, and at Granada University Spain. Member of the Palestinian chemical society.

Research interests

Subject of investigation

  • Synthesis, structural characterization & biological study of metal complexes of triazolopyrimidine.
  • Synthesis characterization and biological activity of new novel antimalarial drugs.

Current Research Interests

  • Synthesis and characterization of new metal complexes with biological activity
  • synthesis and characterization of new Ru(II) and Ru(III) complexes with possible antitumoral activity.
  • Synthesis and characterization of polymeric complexes of Ag(I) and Cu(I) containing different pyrimidine derivatives
  • Design of new antimalarial drugs.
