  • Master degree in Food Industries and Biotechnology at INPL, Nancy-France. Engineering Degree in Food Engineering specialized in milk processing - ENSIA SIARC, Montpellier – France.
  • Bachelors of Science major: Biology and minor Chemistry. University of Bethlehem – West Bank (Palestine).

Research interests

Different interests in food  research:

  • Natural food additives application, fractionation of fat and lipids, physicochemical properties of fat & oils, quality of cheese and amelioration of processing conditions of goat and sheep milk cheeses, quality of  Palestinian white brine cheese, amelioration of process cheese using white brine cheese and whey proteins, pesticides in fruits and vegetables.
